None of them actualy improve your horse speed or stamina, but all have different boost. i test drive the crocodille sadlle to compare it to my default with stirups one to make a comparision but i cant feel any difference whatsoever. adding a talisman to regen health and stamina to your horse results in a huge variation tho!
